Answers the phone when you can't.

An AI assistant that takes your restaurant's phone orders.

Request a visit

We are running trials with a few restaurants.

Not an answering machine, and no "press 1". It talks with the caller like a waiter.

How it works

  1. Your phone rings.

If nobody picks up within a few seconds, the assistant answers.

  2. It takes the order.

It asks for what is missing: time, pickup or delivery, and changes.

  3. It reads the order back.

Every dish, the time and the total, before it is sent.

  4. The kitchen accepts it.

The order appears on a screen in the kitchen. Your team confirms it with one tap.

Your menu, your rules.

Menu and prices

It only offers what you have, at the price you set.

Hours and oven

It never books more pizzas than fit in the oven for that time.

Offers

It works out your offers exactly as you wrote them.

Allergens

It answers only from your sheet and always adds your cross-contact notice.

It says it is an AI.

  • In the first sentence of every call.
  • When unsure, it does not make things up. It leaves a callback for your team.
  • Callers hear your restaurant's name, not ours.

Catalan, Spanish and English.

If the caller switches language mid-call, so does the assistant.

Questions

Do I need a new number?

No. Customers call your usual number. If nobody answers, the call goes to the assistant.

Will callers hang up on an AI?

Some might. That is why your phone rings first. During the trial we review the calls with you.

How does the order reach the kitchen?

On a tablet in the kitchen. Your team accepts it and enters it in the till, as they do with phone orders now.

What about allergens?

The assistant only reads the sheet you give us. If something is not on it, it says it does not know.

How much does it cost?

We are running trials with a few restaurants. Write to us and we will price it for your call volume.

Who sets it up?

We do, with you, at your restaurant.

Want to try it?
